It’s been five years already? It seems like just yesterday that we opened our doors here at Sky Manor Airport with just two IA’s under one roof. Our goal then, as it remains today, was a simple one; provide quality aircraft maintenance that is On Time and On Budget with a commitment to treating customers as we ourselves would expect to be treated.
Since then we have expanded our operation to include an avionics CRS, two spacious hangars, and a team of technicians qualified to handle all aspects of GA maintenance, inspections, and installations.
The huge demand to equip aircraft with the latest ADS-B components, coupled with our new Garmin Dealership status, has meant that even more hands are needed on deck to handle the load and continue the level of service that you have come to expect from us.
Therefore, we are very proud and excited to announce that we have added two new and highly qualified members to our ranks here at Sky Manor Air Repair and Avionics. Please join us in welcoming Chris Baum and Steve Bueno!
Chris Baum, Avionics Technician
Bringing a wealth of knowledge in avionics systems, Chris joins us after 5 years of active service in the US Marines Corps where he held positions as Helicopter Avionics Technician and Quality Assurance and Safety Representative. He is excited to begin civilian life doing what he loves, working on aircraft electronics systems.
Steven Bueno, A&P
Steve is a recent graduate from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Florida where he took on complex projects and volunteered his time for children’s causes. Steve’s passion for the aviation industry is contagious. He feels right at home here at N40 and ready to be a contributor to the team.
Chris and Steve will report to our Avionics Manager and Team Leader, Eric Lacko, A&P, who has been with us from the beginning and who many of you know quite well.
We appreciate the trust you have placed in us to handle all of your aircraft needs – maintenance, inspections, and avionics installations. Over the years we have made considerable investment in equipment, products, and resources. The addition of these new team members will allow us to continue this growth and provide the very best in aviation service.
If you have questions, would like to schedule service, or to simply drop us a line welcoming Chris and Steve, feel free to do so today! We look forward to hearing from you. Contact us today!
